Recruited by young entrepreneur Natasha McKinnon Matthews to transform her family's original clothes shop into an ice cream parlour. We steered away from predictable pink candy stripes towards a more urban industrial feel, with a bit of humour. I'm also proud to again integrate my wife Louise Osborn's amazing lampshades into this build bringing a contemporary feel. I'm delighted with the end result which captures the goal of a dairy and modern take on the traditional Italian gelato establishment.
